Your Responsibilities
- Planning and preparation of dishes.
- Shared responsibility for production and organization.
- Training and development of assigned apprentices and staff.
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards.
- Independent and structured working style.
Zusatzqualifikation: Management möglich
Bei entsprechender Eignung gibt es die die Möglichkeit einer Zusatzqualifikation mit Fokus auf betriebswirtschaftliche Grundlagen im schulischen wie auch betrieblichen Bereich. Schwerpunkte sind Buchführung und Controlling, Personalwesen und Mitarbeiterführung sowie Unternehmensführung und betriebliche Organisation. Damit legen Sie bereits während Ihrer Ausbildung den Grundstein für eine spätere Führungsposition.
