Reception Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Independent management and organization of the reception team
- Ensuring smooth operations in the front office area
- Direct guest contact, including telephone inquiries, reservation entry and confirmation, check-in, and complaint management
- Creating and managing duty rosters
- Maintaining data in booking systems
- Training and supporting apprentices
- Acting as an interface between all departments – ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation
- Regular participation in departmental meetings
- Processing and handling of voucher orders
Ihre Talente
- Sie sind freundlich, zuverlässig und arbeiten sorgfältig
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Erfahrungen im Housekeeping oder in der Reinigung
- Kenntnisse über Reinigungsabläufe und -produkte sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team Sie haben ein Auge für Sauberkeit und Details
