Our hotel rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Enjoy an unforgettable trip on the Moselle with our own Amphicar, which we will sweeten with sparkling wine and canapés. Our reception team will be happy to assist you with your booking.
We have a wide range of excursion destinations, leisure activities and offers available for you at our reception.
You will find this dining room on the left-hand side directly in front of our bar on the ground floor of our main building.
Whether you want to relax, take a break or even read a good book, our atrium offers the perfect setting to unwind. You will find it on the first floor, opposite our ‘Nancy’ conference room.

From small family gatherings to larger celebrations. We would be delighted to host your desired event (subject to availability) at our establishment. If you have any further questions, our staff at reception will be happy to assist you.
Ms Marlene Lopez Munoz and her team will pamper you with selected cosmetic and wellness treatments. Ms Munoz herself will be happy to take your treatment bookings on extension ‘309’. The wellness area is located on the 3rd floor of the wellness centre.

Equipped with four Technogym machines – a treadmill, cross trainer, stepper, and exercise bike (including heart rate monitor / CPR function) – our fitness room is located on the 4th floor of our Wellness House, right next to our penthouse sauna, and offers a magnificent panoramic view.

Dogs are generally welcome guests at our hotel. For a relaxing holiday with your four-legged companion, we offer a selection of designated rooms (please note that not all rooms are suitable for guests with dogs).
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the “Belle Epoque” restaurant. However, our Stübchen and bar are dog-friendly.
We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash at all times within the hotel and to ensure that your pet remains quiet in the room.
Please inform our reception team in advance if you plan to bring your dog to breakfast or dinner, so that we can reserve a suitable table for you.
If you leave your dog alone in the room, please hang the red “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of your door. This helps prevent our housekeeping staff and your pet from being startled.
In the event of any soiling or damage, we unfortunately must charge an additional cleaning fee.

Our hotel bar opens daily from 5:00 p.m.
However, you are welcome to visit the bar earlier — for example, to enjoy a cup of coffee or simply to relax with a good book.

Did you know that before your trip, you can send your luggage in advance through certain luggage shipping providers and also have it collected after your stay? Once your luggage has been delivered, our reception team will store it safely until shortly before your arrival and place it in your room on the day you arrive. After your departure, we will keep your luggage until it is collected by the shipping company you have chosen.

Our bed linen is changed every three days, and towels are changed daily. If you would like a daily change of bed linen and/or towels, please let us know.
Simply let our reception team know your desired wake-up time – they will take care of the rest for you. A wake-up call is available 24 hours a day.
