Your Responsibilities
- Planning and preparation of dishes.
- Shared responsibility for production and organization.
- Training and development of assigned apprentices and staff.
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards.
- Independent and structured working style.

Während Ihrer Praxisphasen im Hotel werden Sie intensiv eingebunden und übernehmen individuell Verantwortung:
- Einblicke in alle Abteilungen (Rezeption, Service, Bankett, Verwaltung)
- Mitarbeit an operativen und organisatorischen Abläufen
- Unterstützung im Qualitätsmanagement und Gästeservice
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten, Veranstaltungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen
- Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Aufgabenbereiche und Verantwortungsbereiche
Sie lernen, wie ein Hotel erfolgreich geführt wird – operativ wie auch strategisch und können hierbei Theorie und Praxis mit vollem Fokus verknüpfen.
