Your Responsibilities
- Planning and preparation of dishes.
- Shared responsibility for production and organization.
- Training and development of assigned apprentices and staff.
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards.
- Independent and structured working style.

- Completed vocational training as a chef, ideally with experience in upscale gastronomy.
- A strong awareness of quality and sustainability.
