He counts to the best cooks in Rhineland-Palatinate and belongs to 100 best chefs in Germany – Renato Manzi. The famous star cook will lead our new gourmet restaurant "Clauss-Feist". For him and for us a real highlight - because, from his training as a chef in the “Traube Tonbach” he is on a culinary journey - the passion of cooking. A passion that was rewarded in 2006 with his first star in the Michelin Guide.
He was also in 2009 "Newcomer of the Year" in the large restaurant & hotel Guide and 2012 Culinary Germany's "Best Italian Chef" in 2012 named Pellegrino readout. In addition to the gourmet restaurant “Clauss-Feist”, Renato Manzi will be also responsible for our traditional restaurant "Belle Epoque". Again, we offer you, as already in the past, delightful dishes and seasonal delicacies.

We are pleased that we were able to get a famous chef in the Mosel with Renato Manzi, who will enrich our culinary team. We bid him welcome to the Jugendstil Hotel Bellevue!
